Your email subject must be: YOUR DOMAIN NAME or YOUR UPDATE SERVICE AGREEMENT ID
Your email must include:
A. PAGENAME, write on which page the corrections is needed.
B. WHERE, mention to which component on the above given page the change request is referring.
C. ACTION = ADD/REMOVE/REPLACE/OTHER_CHANGES, tell whether you need to add, remove, replace content or do other kind of modification.
D. CONTENT, include necessary text, picture or other necessary attachment files
E. COMMENT, add any comment if needed
